| Jean Harrity has been a
Make-Up Artist since 1991 and a Permanent Make-Up Artist since 1997. She has been involved in
the beauty industry for over 12 years as a Nail Technician, Esthetician and a Make-Up Artist.
She has also taught Nail Technology, Esthetics and Make-Up Artistry at a beauty school since
1995. She is currently teaching the art of Permanent Make-Up, Make-Up and Esthetics education
in Illinois and California. She
has applied permanent eyeliner, eyebrows and lip color for many happy clients. Jean has even
applied permanent eyeliner, eyebrows and lip color to her own face.
Make-up artistry is usually performed on-site.
For weddings, make-up is either applied at the bride's house or church. In the event of a
photo shoot, the make-up is usually applied at the photographer's studio or on location.
